Noemie Piard

Hi, I’m Noemie Piard—a hands-on Realtor based in Arvada and serving the Northern Denver Metro area. Helping people is at the heart of everything I do. Before real estate, I was a respiratory therapist and caregiver, so supporting others through stressful situations comes naturally to me.
I’m not just here to list your home or open doors—I roll up my sleeves to get homes ready, manage contractors, and help my clients make smart, profitable decisions. I’ve even helped sellers increase their bottom line by tens of thousands, all without spending a dime upfront.
I bring a strong background in home renovation and flipping, and I love sharing that knowledge with buyers and sellers to help them make confident choices. Whether it's your first home or your fifth, I’ll be by your side every step of the way.
I’m also a proud mom of two grown sons, a happy grandma, and an animal lover with two sweet cats. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me hiking, singing, or spending time with my family and close friends.
Let’s make your next move your best one.
